I've been volunteering here for almost a year and a half. The birds are never mistreated, yes I do get bit because I haven't or slowly learning to read there bird language. If I were some of these so called customers they should really pop in to see with your own eyes.

We got an Amazon parrot from here a couple months ago. It has been a great addition to our family! The owner seemed knowledgeable and steered us away from a more expensive Parrot he thought wouldn’t be a good match with our situation. So far no health concerns.

Came back again and still a lovely shop, love the person there and the birds. They let me hold a could of them, made the 2.5 hours trip worth every minutes of it
