My past experience in this store were good, but got a bad experience in today’s visit. Lack of staff around 7:30pm, and when I went checkout, the person who at checkout(named Jasmine) are super rude and almost throw my item to me.

Placed an online curbside pickup order for a pickleball set and 2 apparel items. Should’ve checked the bag before leaving the parking lot, sadly. I got home and there were security tags on both apparel items!! I had to drive back to the store to have them removed and the employee wasn’t apologetic. She took off the tags and said have a nice night. Yes, the problem was fixed, but the inconvenience of coming back to the store erases the whole point of the curbside order. Disappointing customer service.

I purchased a pair of shoes online and went to pick them up about two hours later showed the team member max my confirmation email and order number then he said he’ll be right out with the shoes . He brought my shoes as well as another online order out at the same time . I’m almost 99% sure he gave MY shoes to the other customer as he gave me a shoe box with the wrong name on it . I let him know and he apologized then said he’ll go get mine . Just an fyi these were the only size men 11.5 for 50 miles . All for him to come out and say that my order “wasn’t found” and he doesn’t have the shoes . Would’ve liked for him to just be honest that say that he gave my shoes away to the wrong person instead of trying to gaslight me into believing that I never placed an order even though I had a confirmation email , and then emailing me thanking me for picking up my order . Then after all that the team member stated well “Minnetonka has them , you can drive there “ …… definitely won’t be coming back . Thanks for nothing

At checkout Jeff was very personable and helpful. Normally not a big review guy but I felt he went above and beyond and provided great service. Would recommend finding him if you visit the store.

Either no training or they just like to make stuff up. I’m leaning toward the latter.

I was led to believe that when I purchased an expensive piece of equipment, ( over $1K) I could good finance interest free for two years......wrong, first two months interest was over $60.... do not believe what they say regarding financing.
