“I have had seriously the best experience working with Genisys Credit Union in Eagan, specifically with Jynah Lash! Every time I go in or call, the staff has always been helpful. There have been quite a few times where I needed help on something, got stuck in a bind, and needed to understand possible options. I am so grateful I was able to first speak with Jynah in that specific time who was so patient and stayed on the phone with me for a long time answering all of my questions and concerns on other matters/situations that were going on in life. Before talking with Jynah I was feeling a little blinded on what options were available. Jynah went way beyond what I have experienced with any bank or credit union by following up, helping me understand, educating me on options, and describing long-term plans that I would be working with that would fit my goals overall. She was so good that I followed-up with her on another more recent matter and again she literally saved the day (more than a day)! I cannot give this credit union, and especially Jynah, more stars. This last time, I was waiting to know results on an application and was she was excited and genuinely happy to give me good news (which is rare these days)! I use her now as my main resource when I have questions because she is beyond knowledgeable, capable, patient and helpful. Even one person can change a place for the better or for the worse, she has become the face of Genisys for me and it was already a good credit union, but now it is a major resource because of how helpful she is on so many levels!”
“I just had a 5-Star customer service encounter with Sarah Schaekel, the Branch Manager at RCU Edina location . Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch. And she was so friendly! It was an old-school banking experience in the best definition of that term. ??”

“Recently experienced help at a Wings branch in Minnetonka that reminded me of doing bank business 50 years ago - when the manager personally knew most customers. On this occasion the manager, Daren Schultz, was kind enough to come out of the bank and help complete some paperwork at our car. He saved my handiccapped friends from having to struggle with a difficult walk into the bank. Bravo!”
“We encountered a problem with our loan which resulted in them accidentally adding INSURANCE on a car loan that was fully insured. Matt was very helpful, They worked to get the insurance removed and restored our loan to its original amount. Everyone here is great to work with, and love there new location.”

“I like the ATM network, I bank with USBank as well and can use their ATMs. Have been with the CU for close to 20 yrs now. Only reason for 4 star vs 5 is I wish they were more competetive with deposit interest rates. I use ally for savings acct and get 1% right now. This bank offers a tenth of that.”

“I love having a local bank to go to. I have never been a part of a credit union before, TruStone - Roseville makes me thankful that I wound up with them. I am always greeted upon entry and the staff has made an effort to get to know me. I have refinanced my car through them, opened a CD for my daughter, and savings account for all of the money we raise for dance outings. I have an online bank that has always made cash difficult. Now I don't have to give someone the money and have them Venmo me. I am able to go to MY bank and deposit the money directly. Corbin has been extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct accounts to get the best fit based on what I am looking for. I truly appreciate the whole staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are every time I come in.”

“I have been with My Credit Union (formerly RBCU) for over 25 years. I have read some of the other reviews and I am flabbergasted with some of these. My experience experience has been nothing but stellar. I use the mobile app, in person, drive up and phone calls. Always have had a great experience with anyone I have interacted with and I keep an eye on my accounts for anything weird which you need to these days with identity theft! Ran across a couple of items this way and they took care of them for me! Awesome experience for me from day one! Love this place ❤️”
