My wife have been having issues with her brakes since she changed it at another location. Patrick and Her was able to resolve what the problem was quickly and the brake issue never returned. Thanks guy.

I had in issue with my brakes from another location. They were nit able to resolved it. I finally brought my cat to this location and the mechanic Ger figured it out right away what the caused is. He fixed it and Patrick worked with me to have my repairs done under warranty. This place is great!!! Thank you Get and Patrict.

Zero professionalism. I scheduled to have a tire replaced. I received the confirmation email with the day and time. Upon arriving at my scheduled time 6 PM, I was informed by a man sitting in his vehicle, ready to leave, that this location closes at 6 PM. First, the website and the information sign on the front of the building both stated this location closes at 7 PM. Additionally, at no time, did I receive any notification that my appointment would not be occurring or that I needed to reschedule. Now, I am without a new tire, and am scheduled to go out of state tomorrow (driving my car), with a damaged tire. 0/10. Would never recommend this location.

We’ve made an appointment here twice for an oil change. One time we made it online and the other time we called to make the appointment. Both times we have come no workers have been at the location. The doors are locked and the lights are off. Impressively poor service.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for 3 years but will not be returning. I called for an appointment and was told I could get in same day, just a few hours later. I asked on the phone if I could do a drop off early as I lived close enough to walk. I showed up to the location and no one was there. This was over 4 hours before listed closing time. I came back at the time of my appointment (two hours before closing) and the location was still locked up and there was no sight of anyone. I called the listed number and spoke to the same woman who booked my appointment and she couldn't get ahold of any staff. I was told I could leave my vehicle there, but with nowhere to safely store my keys, I requested to cancel my service all together.
I feel this location is going downhill. The person you speak with to make appointments is not onsite and I feel there is a disconnect there. Super unfortunate as it's such a convenient location for local neighbors.

This place is great! Shop manager was super friendly, I was in and out quickly, and there was no pressure to make any other super expensive repair. Super happy with this location and I will be returning. Highly recommend!

Patrick got me taken care of beautifully. Took his time looking at my car and doing a full inspection and had it ready within a couple hours. All the guys there are knowledgeable and good guys to be under the hood

My last visit to this location was 4 years ago when richard was around, i tried to call to get a simple diagnosis and lets just say maybe its a good thing i didnt even get an appointment! (Based on more recent reviews i understand why i was so dissatisfied with the call) ....Richard probably retired but SHEESH this place has TANKED i see...they use to be so willing to help their customers...now they just seem incompetent and unfriendly. I guess ill take BRYANS ADVICE and try OTHER SHOPS ! HAHAA what a joke !
