Karina was such and great help, she knew exactly what plan would work for us. She is very helpful with giving extra information needed that will help the customers in the future. Karina gave us very quick service while still making sure to give us all the information we needed. She was very polite and professional.

Went here to buy a phone and bought one. The lady at the counter never said she was setting up the phone, she was never given permission to set up the phone. They then snuck a $35 charge citing they have it in super small print on a print out that I’m sure wasn’t on the counter anyway. Why would I look for a service menu if I’m not buying any services!? I could have set up the phone myself and have confirmed this with Boost. The owner cited the print out is enough notice of the fee. She never mentioned the fee nor mentioned she was setting up the phone. She just did it and then said it was done, we didn’t even know that’s what she was doing. Didn’t see the charge until we left. Charge a fee sure, GET PERMISSION FIRST. Why would I pay a fee for what I can do myself? I’ll be challenging the charge and reporting them to the FTC. They also tried to claim insurance was MANDATORY for every phone you got that was an upgrade. It’s not. Don’t allow yourself to be defrauded. Owner blamed customer service reps being from “India or Phillipine” for telling me I could set up the phone myself. Which I’ve done with all my Boost phones. Shop elsewhere, save yourself the headache and unauthorized charges. Original I had screenshots of this attached but the review won’t show with them. So I’m reposting.

The woman with long dark hair is rude and disrespectful, she does not know how to treat the customer politely. Bad service and bad attitude. I do not recommend you visit this store
