Clean store but most Best Buy’s don’t keep nothing in stock no more we travel the US goto most across the US is clean and people were helpful

I bought a smart TV (Best Buy brand) via Amazon that had the option to be picked up at a Best Buy store. That is a great and convenient way to get an item even faster than the typical fast Amazon delivery. But when I arrived at the store (with the Amazon order confirmation), I found 5 Best Buy employees talking at the entrance welcome desk and one lonely employee at the checkout (online order and store purchase). When I finally made it to the pickup counter, he couldn't find the order: "The Best Buy order# are different from the Amazon order#" - but he was eventually successful finding it in the system and retrieved it from the back. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but a few things need some improvements.

At the time of pick up, the nice young lady said " There is no protection plan with Accidental Damage" so I did not purchase. After coming home and sitting down to do research BestBuy Protection does have an accidental plan. Now, I got to drive back to this location because I was lied to and the other store closest to me won't add a protection plan because it was purchased at this store! If I knew her name, I'd put her on Blast. Kudos to her!

A terrible experience at this store and with the customer service team. The staff wouldn’t price match an item that was sold on Amazon by Best Buy as it was a prime day deal (not called out in their price match Policy). I literally could have clicked a button on Amazon while in store and picked it up right at that BestBuy. As a loyal rewards member and CC holder, I was hoping to have the transaction go through BestBuy. Staff was unfriendly and more importantly, not empowered to take care of the customer. I will shop places where it is frictionless going forward. All of this over $10…….companies work so hard to acquire customers yet do so little to keep them.

Was in to get a wifi 6 router. Carson, whom was super polite and helpful,helped me out and got the last one on hand from the back room.

I went in to get a screen protector replaced under warranty. Ended up getting charged for 5 Xbox controllers that I never bought. FRAUD!! My online account says someone with my same name but from Baldwin, NY bought them. It says cancelled but my checking account was still charged for them. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Beware of storing your credit card information on your Best Buy account or even paying with your card in a store, it is NOT SAFE.
