Bank of America is one of the most racist irresponsible & unreliable bank you could possible have second to capital. From the excruciating customer service on the phone the failure to notate accounts after speaking with representatives to the gate keepers that they have in the credit departments as well as the home loan officers if you are a person of color please know what you’re doing when letting them run your credit for credit cards home loans or car loans have someone with you also do not bother submitting complaints on the Better Business Bureau there enterprise Resolution team is just as unreliable if I did not have to keep my money in this account for three months for a new home I am buying I would have closed it months ago not to mention they’ve sent my replacement debit card to the wrong address four times that shows the lack of notation and communication within their customer service

It's tough in a location where customers need a bank employee to help them with their needs. It's also tough when the video chat with someone isn't available, especially during business hours.

Wish that I could leave zero stars for this rating. Sat around for half an hour waiting for a banker to show up on the video call, and they never did. The timer initially says approximately five minute wait, then refreshes every single time the 5 mins is up for an endless loop. Bank of America is the worst. Worst customer service, and worst products.

This is NOT a bank! It is a glorified Skype center - there is zero prominent signage explaining this. If you're looking for a cold, sterile banking experience, you've hit the gold mine.
