About Arc's Value Village Thrift Store & Donation Center
Arc's Value Village Thrift Store & Donation Center, located in Richfield, is known as one of the Twin Cities' best thrift stores. It offers a variety of items including clothing, furniture, books, movies, antiques, and shoes. As a nonprofit organization, it supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through programs provided by The Arc Minnesota. Customers appreciate the wide assortment of items available, often finding great treasures. However, some reviews indicate that the store can be small and the quality of clothing may not meet all expectations. While some items are considered overpriced, others feel they are good deals. The home decor and kitchenware sections receive positive remarks, with customers finding useful items like noodle dishes and muffin tins. The store features dressing rooms and a flexible return policy, enhancing the shopping experience. However, some customers have reported negative interactions with a manager, describing him as condescending and abrasive. Despite this, many shoppers continue to visit Arc's frequently, drawn by the potential for unique finds and the store's mission to support a worthy cause.
I went there with a friend, I found a nearly new mattress pad for $5.00 it was red tagged the color of the week so it was 1/2 off yay. My friend found work shoes for $6.99. Many many jackets & t shirts. Housewares galore. Many items priced well below retail. Very clean and well organized.

Great selection of clothes with fitting rooms available, and the store is clean and tidy. Sparse on the kitchen or other home goods but what there is is very good quality.
