Ever since Matt left this office, former Postmaster. This office has gone down hill with quality service.Evidently there is someone else in this town with the same last name and their address isn’t even close to mine.I was waiting on a package that I ordered. I checked the tracking and according to UPS it was delivered. UPS handed off the package to USPS for delivery. The tracking said it was delivered by local post office.It wasn’t in the mailbox and it wasn’t delivered to my door.It was delivered to another person with the same last name first names are not the same, not even close.I have lived in this town for over 45 years and the new people at the Post Office know who I am and still can’t get things delivered correctly.Yes you can be friendly all day long to someone, but accuracy matters, especially when someone has paid for something to be delivered.

Every time I go to the Rice Post Office, which is often, I have always received friendly, helpful service. I’ve also needed to call the Rice post office with questions, and have ended the conversation with a clear answer. Our postal carriers are also awesome.

Don’t ever work for this Post Office. The new Postmaster Tracy is horrible. So is Jodi the clerk.You specifically tell them how to handle YOUR own Mail piece and they defy you.They don’t think things through before defying your request. The request isn’t illegal or unethical. They want to handle things the way they want, even if it is incorrectly handled by them.

Have been getting my mail through the Rice post office for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. In the last few years we've occasionally gotten other people's mail, but not often enough to be considered a problem and I guess that I can't really fault them for an occasional mix up, especially when you consider all the cutbacks that have been made to the post office. The Post Master doesn't even work out of one branch anymore. He has to oversee it for something like 3 other towns.
