Side splashes dont fit properly. Not back beveled on back splash so it leaves a 1/4 inch gap from the wall

I went with this group after my remodeler stopped showing up to my job. This was the place the remodeler chose so I decided to estimate my vanity top and sink with a few groups. These folks were significantly higher cost than the others but they also offered what I wanted (large sink and backsplash) so I went with them. I did find it semi-difficult to get in-touch with my rep (business has quirky hours) and overall, the communication with them wasn't necessarily smooth; however, I'm really very happy with the end result (pure white, matte finish). On the day of install, I messaged my rep after my scheduled timeframe passed - i was in the next door condo - and I found out that they had already come/gone and I literally didn't even know they were there. I found that funny but it shows that they're quiet/clean.
