Purchased a truck from them and was delivered directly to my door in a timely manner in even better condition then I expected for a used truck. Seemless transaction from the salesman to paperwork and delivery driver. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from CarCo again.

We have bought several trucks from them over the years. Always happy with the purchase and if anything was wrong Jeff and his team were there to make it right. I don't understand all the negative reviews just quality people selling used trucks.

Outstanding customer service! I had a flat rear tire on my bike while traveling up north for the weekend. These guys were the only shop open nearby, and my only hope of not stranding my bike for the night. After panicking for a few minutes, I gave CarCo a call and it wasn’t but 5 minutes later, Tim was there to the rescue with a big flatbed truck. They don’t normally handle motorcycles, but went way above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road safely. Thanks again guys! ?

CarCo was great! We blew out a tire outside of Rice and called them for a tow. Jake towed us to their shop. He was efficient, friendly, and so dang polite. Then we arrived at CarCo and all of the staff are friendly. It was a great experience! Thank you Jake and staff!

It is incredible that a company that sells trucks has such lousy customer service, I called to investigate about a four-car, First they tell me, Wait a moment and then they just say it's sold and they close me in the face they didn't even let me speak, With This is why companies like these are not able to serve customers, these types of companies should be closed but eventually their bad acts will lead them to bankruptcy. It is an extremely unpleasant company but it is very likely that they do not care about these reviews. I hope this information can help someone else, be very careful with this company because it has many bad reviews of bad businesses that they do and treat people badly. I personally don't care because I don't need them and I make it clear that neither now nor ever would I do business with this company

I contacted Carco about the trucks they have for sale. Are several discussions made an appointment to come up there and meet with them to pick up the trucks. I thought with Jeff the owner I was coming on a Monday and I got there. The trucks were not ready they were in the shop being repaired. I was told that the truck had a salvage title and that they had to replace a front fender and a hood, I thought it was strange because in my state a salvage title meant that 25% of the vehicle had been damaged. Several weeks later they told me the truck was ready I'll send a driver up there to pick it up. When we got to our shop, we loaded a dumpster on it, and the Galbrath hook system broke upon further inspection. We found out that the truck being rolled over the frame was bent. Hook system was bent, and we cannot use the truck after many conversations with Jeff, the owner we got no satisfaction I returned the truck and managed to get my money back through means that they were dissatisfied with. I would advise anybody that deals with this company to walk away I feel like Jeff is a crook, a dishonest business person, and he will not be truthful with you.

CarCo hired us to load a wrecked truck onto a RGN. We were told it was a simple hook up and back onto trailer. They were told it would be a minimum charge of $609 being the location was an hour away from us. Upon arrival, we discovered we were mislead, however continued with the job. At the time of completion, we had to wait 45 minutes before they would call us back with payment. We informed them that the price had increased due to misinformation and wait time, total of 3.5 hours. CarCo agreed to pay us the price of 913.50. A month later, the disputed the charge amount and is only willing to pay $350. They also made the transport driver stay over night and refused to pay him any compensation. This is a terrible way to do business. I truly hope someone reads this and changes their mind before doing business with these people!

We have a fleet of trucks.. I have been doing Business with Jeff for over 25 years. Bought a lot of trucks. Very satisfied buying from Carco Trucks .They were all used they may have had a minor glitch at times .Jeff / Carco Trucks has always taken care of any issues.

I was at the gate when they opened. Very little room outside because of the snow but inside was not bad at all. They got me unloaded fairly quick. Staff was friendlier than other places I have been. Plenty of room to turn around after unloaded inside.

Two months ago I drove an hour and 20-minutes to go look at a Western Star at this junk yard. When I arrived it was obvious that this wasn't your average dealership. The entire lot and the long driveway into it was lined with salvaged/wrecked trucks. When I walked into the office and asked to see the truck the manager told me that they had written it up for someone that morning. He mentioned that it had just had a little fire in it's box.His sales associate had me follow him off-premises to go look at it but didn't have the keys for it. We waited while he claimed to be trying to get a hold of the guy with the keys. I arranged with him to bring it to the local Wester Star service center the upcoming Monday and I didn't hear anything further from him. I had sent an e-mail requesting photos of the truck prior to repair. My further investigating revealed that the original outfitter of the truck didn't want to take it in 'cause the damage was too severe. The fire was so bad that $23,000 of repairs were needed for just the hydraulics. I was told that Carco likely replaced the cab itself as the headliner had even melted. The truck remained on their website until it was removed yesterday. This dealership is completely unethical, has poor communication, and is a complete waste of time.

Absolutely dishonest!! Jeff is the type of guy to shake your hand, look you in the eye, and then stick you in the back when you turn around.CarCo Truck Sales recently consigned a medium duty cab and chassis truck to an online auto auction that will not be named. Upon arrival to pick the unit up at Jeff's Rice, MN yard, as it was an offsite sale, Jeff proceeded to check in with me in person on THREE separate occasions while I waited for the truck to be loaded on my trailer over 3 hours while his cronies stripped valuable components from the vehicle being picked up. 10/10 would NOT recommend and would give ZERO starts if it was an option. That's NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS JEFF!! Cut chassis harnesses, severed brake lines, missing items that were clearly depicted in the auction listing! Next time, just decline the winning bid!!

Jeff and his staff were outstanding. Upfront and honest with me about the truck I was purchasing. Scott and his son "Mechanic" were very helpful as well. Needless to say, I got one hell of a deal on my truck. Jeff kept his word. And that goes a long way in the world today. I want to say thanks to everyone at CarCo.- Chipper Truck Angelo
