It’s getting pretty old being forced to stand outside the guard shack in the cold like some sort of diseased animal. Covid has been over for 2 years, let’s move on. Also, the training for the guard shack employees the past year or two is just abhorrent. The old people were great to work with, for the most part. Specially Joe, he’s a stellar guy! Joe is always friendly and willing to help. These new kids running the shack are clueless and downright incompetent at times. Go in with chemicals and they have no idea the proper hours or who to get ahold of or where to send you. They clearly were not trained well enough. Also, the CB in the guard shack has been on the fritz for months. Half the time they can’t hear you talking to them so, you better have the guard shack number saved in your phone cuz, that’s the only way you’ll get ahold of them.Other than that, it’s a normal beet plant. Slightly cleaner than others but, still a dirty beet plant. Let us back into the guard shack, fix the CB, and train your employees better and things would be so much smoother for everyone.

Load beet pulp pellets here. Have to drive to the back 40 to load. Always thru a swampy mud mess. Load on uneven ground no scale. If you are even slightly over you have to go back thru the mud and guess how much to dump off. And then get back in the scale line. Would think they could improve the lot and maybe give a guy a scale to load on.

Loading beet pulp pellets (bulk) doesn't take long once they start, during the night the guy loading is also in charge of some other stuff so can be a little wait time till he's freed up enuf to load trucks.

You really couldn't "beet" the high level of service from check-in to quick loading and, finally, check-out. Nice people......????

Not to unfriendly, but very picky. If anyone ever said trailer strictly clean and ment it that's this place. I was rejected for pickup for unidentified shiny microscopic pieces in the wood of my trailer and rejected. I asked to sweep sweep until it's clean and was told it won't help it, REJECTED. I'll post photo's of what I was told the reason was. My $1200 camera struggled to pick them up, my eye had worse trouble.
