For having to help someone who cant make a decision, Tiffany was great to work with. She listened and met our needs. Communication was good throughout the whole experience. My salesperson, Calvin, was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. He checked in with appropriate updates, but I never felt like I was being pestered — and, conversely, I never felt like I was being ignored, either! They worth the lengthy drive.

I had a service visit for several issues one being ac was not working. The freon was filled but the ac was still not cooling and was totally not acceptable. Apparently this as good as it can be. I was told r134 is not as cold as the old r12. I can appreciate that but aren't all the newer vehicles using r134 and my 2019 Ford runs cold. Service told me they didn't want to take dash apart for fear of damaging something that is hard to replace. I was told to take it to a restoration place. The vehicle was a 1977 model. I was disappointed. I have previously had several good experiences at this dealership. I will have to find someone else who has some experience with ac and classic cars.

Car buying and fun experience I don’t believe can be used together. But all in all - the staff was friendly and helpful. My salesperson Carson wasn’t pushy not one bit. Allowed me to look over my future purchase on my own - didn’t over shadow me one bit, but was available for questions. Appraisers of my current vehicle were critical as expected- but able to negotiate with. Chris (General Manager/appraiser) over heard that I had an extended warranty on my current vehicle-(I had no idea) He knew the possibility of having some refund of warranty left over - so he made some calls to check. (End result my warranty was over - but I felt even just to check for me was appreciated!). Roberta - financial part - very helpful and informative with financing and options. She fully explained things in detail. She knew I was looking for an extended warranty and she deliver delivered! Explained what was covered and what wasn’t. Tiffany helped explain all the new buttons in my new truck. Top it off - full tank of gas! The little things! ?

They were efficient, had a hiccup with the brake line, replaced it and added brake fluid at no cost to me! Very nice folks to work with!
