So far I haven't had any problems with them the only thing I don't like is the fact that we cannot change our Wi-Fi password. I feel that my security it's not as safe as it would be if I could have my own password.

Nu-Telcom internet service is competitively priced. The service providers all seem high-priced, but I suppose it is the cost for quality and dependability. I appreciate the local service. I received the hard-wired installation I requested for my older desk-top computer, plus good WIFI for the rest of the house. I called about my first bill being higher than I expected but I realize now it was for a month and a half. I am glad another local customer recommended your service to me and look forward to a long association.
