Last week over 10% of my pick up order was "out of stock". I think a few associates take a quick look then just mark it out of stock to increase the numbers of orders they put out.

I couldn't find what I was searching for, but Sarah, the store manager, personally led me in the right direction. While doing so, she also assisted an elderly gentleman in finding what he needed. Most impressive, indeed.

Half the items I was looking for was out of stock. 10 people in self checkout line. 4 machines working. Ridiculous
