Very nice and friendly staff. I went and did photos and a woman named Theresa helped me she was so sweet. Everytime I go there I find everything I need.

Called and was on hold for over two hours and they hung up on me. Said they were open until 7pm but after they hung up the recording said they were closed and it wasn’t yet 7pm. I live 45 minutes away so I needed to call to confirm something first. The store is nice but the pharmacy is always super busy. Obviously they have staffing issues. I feel sorry for their pharmacy staff and particularly the pharmacists. It must be very stressful working at this location.

Went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for Covid…young lady chewing her gum with attitude gave me one word answers to my questions…no eye contact…wouldn’t help send it to another pharmacy because they didn’t have it…just plain rude….maybe public service isn’t your calling….

Horrible people, claimed I didn't have a profile but I've gone their for years. Eventually found it after like 10 minutes, yelling at me for not knowing the name of my medicine. The bigger girl with short brown hair is the worst.

The wait time for picking up something simple like glucose test strips is ridiculous. 45 minutes to an hour. Staffing the pharmacy should a priority.

For everyone's unintelligent comments about pharmacy its staff and how it's run let me break it down for you.... almost nothing about the processes back there are automated like you all assume they are. Alot of the time when we cannot make something happen for someone it's because the patient failed to be proactive within their own care. If you know the past few times you picked up your inhaler we've been out of stock you think you would adjust and be proactive by calling about it ahead of time before you run out. But no. And then it becomes our fault. Our system is not set up to automatically order things we don't have. Our system also cannot predict if your insurance will be covered until we have a physical prescription to run. The entire manufacturing plant for everyone's Adderall and such burned down and they're still recovering. But we're blamed daily for not having it in stock despite our constant orders to the warehouse. There are alot of aspects behind pharmacy that the staff and management cannot control. We have about 5 different routes we receive prescriptions and it is non stop the entire 9 hours we're open. Between corporates demands and the amount of patients we fill for we are doing the best we can. You are not the only people on medication. And just a reminder that we work in Healthcare we may be inside a retail location but customer service isn't exactly the service we're here to provide. Also the pharmacy hours have been closed at 7pm and not open on Sundays for atleast a year and a half it's not new. Also a little more food for thought we work with a computer program from the 80s with no updates to software in sight. Thank you. Be respectful to your local pharmacy staff they don't get paid enough to deal with the likes of yall.

What happened to the pharmacy being open till 8? Or the store open till 9? Honestly, Red Wing needs another option for a pharmacy besides Walmart (who stupidly doesn't accept some of RW largest employers insurance coverage) TARGET and Walgreens. Like a CVS or something. Bigger and can cater to more of the public needs and apparently also more friendly. Maybe they are overworked. I dunno. I guess the automated voice call I got to let me know my prescription was ready was nice... maybe put your hours for that day on the same message.

Every time I am in there, they are so rude. I’m not sure if I always get someone on their bad day but every time the worker seems so irritated to have to help me. Today I dropped off a FedEx package and the lady looked at me and I said that I needed to drop it off. She then ripped it out of my hands and walked away and very rudely said “you all set”. I asked for a receipt and she rolled her eyes and, again very rudely, asked how I wanted the receipt. I told her and she sent that to me. I wanted something to drink so I went to checkout with that and just so happed to get checked out by the manager and I told him every time I am in here people are so rude to me and I expressed that I understand everyone has a bad day and I work in customer service myself but this is every time I’m in here and it is several people. He told me he has never heard anything but good things and said he was sorry. I don’t really write reviews but it is so sad to see how they treat their customers. Hopefully things get better and I know times are tough and they are probably understaffed but that doesn’t mean that they should treat their customers with an attitude and be so rude.

The most poorly managed pharmacy ever--no wonder they make so many errors. I give 1 star only because you cannot give "0". I was treated so rudely today at the pharmacy that I finally became rude back to the woman behind the counter. Their revenge was to insist that I did not have and had never had prescription for dry eye drops. Of course I do--have been getting it there since the end of December 2021.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The pharmacy is a wreck. I've never known a pharmacy to be as poorly managed as this one. It's a surprise to me that they can even keep track of any medications.

Slowest place on earth...like they are moving through Jello. Not great customer service. No one seems happy here. If u can avoid it I would.??
