Always at least 2hr wait for medications. There have been days I’ve waited two days for my meds to get filled. They never go back in file to see if you have already had pre-auth they just tell you, you can’t get it even when you got the same exact med a month ago. Shit costumer service.

I'm sad to say it's time for me to find a new pharmacy. I've been going to this pharmacy since 2017 and have had no problems until recently. I understand the current staffing shortage; I also work in healthcare. The lack of consistency in hours at this location is going to be the demise of the business.

Horrible people, claimed I didn't have a profile but I've gone their for years. Eventually found it after like 10 minutes, yelling at me for not knowing the name of my medicine. The bigger girl with short brown hair is the worst.

The wait time for picking up something simple like glucose test strips is ridiculous.45 minutes to an hour. Staffing the pharmacy should a priority.

Only 1 star so I could leave a review. I've been to pharmacies across our Country and this location is by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They left medication that is clearly marked \\\"Keep Refrigerated\\\" on a shelf in the photo dept. $8,000 of meds had to be returned because of this. And don't even try calling them. You seriously can get a live voice at IRS or Social Security long before you can get ahold of anyone there on the phone. Beware and definitely go elsewhere!

Walgreens in Red Wing, MN. Some of the worst customer service around. Drive through prescription pickup is a joke. You end up having to go inside to pick up your meds because undoubtedly something is screwed up. Sad!!

I sat on hold today for two hours waiting to see if they could fill a prescription. I finally hung up at the two hour mark because I couldn’t be on the phone anymore. What on earth is going on there to keep people on hold for TWO HOURS?

Horrible and rude to customers her to get my daughters script filled and got told by the pharmacy staff that pharmacy don't have time to call their clients that's been waiting that pharmacist or pharmacy don't have time to call to let them know they don't have enough to fill or out

Stunningly HORRIBLE customer service. They are allowed to tell you you are nuts, threaten you with not getting your prescription, and pretend they can't find your prescription. They really need a -10 rating.

Pharmacy wait times are consistently, unnecessarily long. I’ve used many different Walgreens and have NEVER experienced such long wait times. Switching pharmacies for that reason alone.
