Cannot use direct ups qr codes. Doesn't make sense when this is not a "partner" location. This is a customer center location. Wasted my time here now I can't get the label printed because the print place is closed after they open here. Some clarification for everyone would be professional.

I went here and i was trying to have her scan my code and print the label from my phone confirmation. But this one can't do what quite a few others have done for me in the past. Busy not at all. Willing to help someone that asked for it... not at all. I didn't ask to go above and beyond. Just ask led for help. Plus its not an easy place to find clear your sign off.

Our packages are constantly being delivered to the neighbor across the street. I put a larger street # on the house where it is clearly visible. Please read the address #'s. Thank you.

Easy place for drop offs. only open Mon - Fri 4:30-6:00pm. you can make your own label inside. not a UPS store so only options are to drop-off, have a scan for a label, or make your own label.

I'm changing my bad review to a more positive one, because you did eventually get my package to me, albeit after all the frustration of trying to ask why it was deliver to another city that doesn't have an address anywhere close to mine! I never got an explanation, but at least I did get the package. So you did get your job done, but I have to wonder if you only did because of the initial bad review.

Horrible services! I have repeatedly (past 2 YEARS) contacted them to STOP LEAVING PACKAGES IN GARAGE. Driver is too lazy to get out of truck and leave packages in building lobby. Packages left in open garage are usually stolen; UPS then claims "no liability".
