We have used this place regularly since moving to town 2.5 years ago. We have ways gotten great service. I am happy that they are honest about when they can actually get the work done. Nothing worse than a shop lying about time lines and keeping your vehicle for longer than you can be without it. I also love that they care about their employees and their work life balance as well.

Tried to take my car in to get fixed and I'm glad I called first. I was told that people were on vacation and they were short staffed which I didn't think is my business or my problem. I kept waiting for a "Here's what we can do for you." But instead I got a "we can't help you maybe you should call another shop." If I had to wait a couple days to get my vehicle back it would've been fine but the conversation was so negative and uninviting I took her advice and called a different shop that was more than happy to take my business.

Extremely overpriced (over $700 to replace an alternator) and come to find out, they put a used part into my vehicle that wasn't even made for the vehicle, causing electrical issues. They claimed they didn't know why there was any issues but they just did not want to admit they screwed me over. Scamming women for money is a pretty common issue with mechanics but to overcharge and then use faulty parts? I'd never go back.

It is one of the few places I trust. I had a terrible frightening thing happen when the water pump went out and the main belt slipped off and caused the power steering and brakes instantly went out and in a 3500 it becomes extremely hard to steer and brake so had it towed to TLC and they had it fixed I think in about 1 day.

The fuel pump went out of our truck while staying in Red Wing. They were able to get our truck in the next day and had us on the road by the afternoon. Great customer service and mechanics!

New customer to them and will be using them as a regular now. The website they use to update you as to what you need done is easy to navigate, and lays out everything you need to know about your car. Very friendly service as well even for introverted people like myself who have a hard time speaking on the phone. Full transparency as to what should be fixed right away vs. what could wait til a later time. All around good service and definitely will be returning soon! Thank you TLC! Much appreciated.

I have been a customer of TLC for years. I've always been very, very satisfied with their work. I find the staff very friendly and attentive to my needs. Brad is an exceptional mechanic and I really trust his opinion and work.
