Excellent experience! Windshield replacement was done and was done in a short time frame. The job was done perfect! The receptionist was very nice as well. Highly recommended Ryan & Gordy's glass.

Service is excellent! I dropped my car off at 8AM, they had a loaner vehicle I was able to use so I could get back home while I had my windshield replaced and my windows tinted. I had a text by 10:30that my vehicle was ready to go!! Looks amazing, and Jay and his team helped me with my insurance claim and got me in very fast and back on the road!!

I recommend Ryan & Gordy’s Glass! I was able to get my vehicle in the next day to fix a cracked windshield. They even came to my work and took my vehicle and returned it when it was done. Then when I got off work I was surprised with a nice tumbler cup from the business! Great experience, thanks!

Glass replacement and recalibration I had done today went so smooth. With the ride back and forth to work while the repair was being completed to the wonderful customer service. The ease of the claims process with Teran Harmon State Farm downtown was a bonus.

Shop is really by appointment only! had a windshield installed and they left clips broken and missing on molding. Called and was told rudely that they could only look at it early in the morning not accommodating for something they messed up. I repaired it myself and wouldn’t recommend them for any glass repair

Had a crack in my windshield, my sister in law is our insurance lady, she noticed, said it was super easy to handle, and filed the claim. Asked where we wanted it done and had said Ryan Glass will come to us. Within ten minutes of her telling us the claim was filed, they called to set up the appt, and here we are two days later with a fixed windshield. They showed up at 8am and were gone within an hour and a half.With how hard it is to find customer service these days, I am so impressed.Thank you thank you!Service: Auto windshield repair

We had an appointment with Ryan Glass for 10am this morning. We went with them because we wanted to keep our business local. At a little after 10am I called only to be told that they had a big job in Ellsworth Wi. And they were running behind. I said a phone call would have been nice. At 12:05pm I called and cancelled my appointment due to no one showing up. We are in the customer service industry also, and take pride in considering our customers. Never again Ryan Glass
