This dealership is by far the worst dealer I have dealt with. I purchased a 2 year old Tahoe, from one of the sales personal Annie. I think she is still in training as she doesn’t have any idea what is going on, can’t fault her for that. First thing, I got to the dealership late in the day did a test drive and the empty gas light came on. After I purchased they told me we don’t fill up used vehicles with gas. What great service that is. Spend 60K and we’re sending you off with no gas. There was a couple minor problems with the vehicle that they didn’t have time to repair at the time of purchase and they didn’t clean the vehicle at the time of purchase. Annie said she passes by our house and could pick the vehicle up and get it serviced and cleaned next time she went to work. Well she drove it to the dealer only to her surprise the dealer didn’t even have the part to repair the vehicle and the detailer wasn’t working that day. What a joke. She had a different guy drive the vehicle back to my house and he got lost and was driving around for 4 hours trying to find my house. This trip was over 250 miles and 3/4 tank of gas gone with no refill of fuel. So Annie once again took the vehicle for a second time after she thought of scheduling the service and detail to be done. This time service was complete but oh Annie forgot to get it detailed and then once again another guy drive my vehicle back and got lost again. This time 300 miles and damn near full tank of gas. Don’t even try to talk to the manager, it’s a new guy that’s still learning the ropes as he would tell you. If you enjoy wasting your time and banging your head against the wall buy a vehicle here. Annie is good at this. The new manager is also great at this.
