We had the wild rice meatballs, cheese platter, and veggie tray for our appetizers, taco/nacho bar for dinner (HUGE HIT), and pulled pork sliders for late night snack. Clean up was easy and minimal. Communication and payment were good. Dale was already connected with my venue owner (Mike from Spruce Hill) so he was familiar with the venue and had Mike on speed dial already. We fed 180 people under $4000. I love how they package up and donate the leftovers to the local nursing home as well so we limited food waste.”
