Went there this weekend for the Twin Cities Appaloosa, Paint, & Quarter Horse Sale. They had 230 horses for sale. Parking was easy, facilities top notch. It was a great experience.

Great sale. Exceptional facilities. Need to invest in online bidding technology. Speakers were quite loud and need to manage volumes based on numbers.

They cater to the sales of family members. If your not a family consigner the auctioneer does not promote your horse and your in and out of the sale arena in 30 seconds. Office staff is not at all organized. Very few workers there to help people. This place has really gone down hill fast!! Poor management.

Very disappointed in how they handle those unfortunate situations when a buyer is blatantly lied to and screwed over. They back their sellers. Sketchy as they come. Buyer Beware Blake Kruger. PM if interested in details.

Still my favorite auction place that has everything close by that you need for horses!

They are rude, unprofessional, and don't care about the animals. I am here as we speak on 07/13/2021 at 4:50 pm. There is a horse with a saddle on in a stall with a lacerated eye that cannot see due to swelling and blood. The office was notified and they acted like nothing was wrong. Apparently the seller gets to decide whether or not the horse is treated by a vet or not.

Beautiful facility, great parking, always have a fun time when I go to the well organized auctions and shows. I read negative comments about horses purchased, do your homework before buying. I have never had an issue, however I do my homework and truthfully only buy unfinished horses. So not much can be lied about with them.

Maybe at one time they were the best, but I expected more. For such a nice facility they are lacking. Went to the Paint QH sale and expected there to be more registered riding stock, most were grade with problems.More signs needed for consignees and bidders to know where to go, how to check in etc. Staff needs to smile more. Two toilets working for hundreds of people. Auctioneers clearly favor the regulars with horse descriptions and prices they are after. But the facility didn't leak and the stalls were clean. Most horses didn't look sick.

Very unprofessional office lady, was rude. Bought a horse didn’t realize the guy worked at the sale barn I bought it from. Horse was supposed to be a finished head horse and wasn’t. He also didn’t sell him as a cribber but he was! Very disappointed to drive 7 hours to go to that sale.

I would like to say thank you to RS Saddlery for dealing with me these last couple months! The online customer service communication was wonderful. I was a pain ordering saddles and sending them back multiple times, but they were great about it. Would definitely recommend!
