We took our veichal here twice. First time to have a new engine put in and the experience was wonderful. Took two days and we were back to good as new or so we thought. Less than a week later we started experiencing issues with excelleration and cruise control and abs and tranction control would shut off right away. The veichal shifted but wouldn’t go into overdrive after 45-50 miles an hour. We finally brought the viechal back to the shop and heard after three days that they couldn’t get it started so they couldn’t run diagnostics so they were going to work on getting it started. Two weeks went by before we heard anything again and that was only because we stopped by the shop to see what was happening with our viechal. They told us they couldn’t fix it and that they recommended bringing it to a GM dealer. We paid to have the car towed home and not after having it home 45 min my fiancé figured out that it needed a new ecmu fuse. This started the the car right up and was drivable again with only the problems we had originally brought it in for still occurring. So why was there no simple test run at the shop to figure the problem out that took only a trip to the gas station to fix. Now not only have they lost our business they have lost our trust. Ashamed to have recommended them to friends and family. Disappointment in a business we loved and trusted.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
