I've been shopping all of the other bed stores, and got a myriad of explanations of what the beds are. The salesperson I had answered my questions and showed me literature to support the answers.

After being sick & tired of furniture shopping, I was pleasantly surprised & impressed with the superstar salesperson Kiki was. I did not feel that awkward salesperson eyes watching every move I made. She was patient, friendly & very professional through every step. Because of her efforts, we ended up purchasing a lovely new sectional sofa that was delivered (free) about 5 days later. The only complaint I have was that the delivery person/s arrived before the specified arrival time & left my purchase in my driveway, otherwise it was a perfect transaction throughout!

Kiki is so helpful and easy to work with! She was amazing in helping me find exactly what I wanted without making me feel pressured. She took my needs and interests into consideration when showing me options and we even discovered that it is truly a small world as we both lived on the Iron Range! I walked in. Stated what I wanted. The clerk showed it to me immediately. I bought it. (A bed) He was kind, efficient, and friendly. Offered me free home delivery. Yes, please! The delivery just dropped off the bed. Also kind and friendly. Overall an excellent buying experience.
