We had Sewer Works out to get our septic system pumped. I highly recommend them. Steve was the Technician who can and did the work. He was very professional and took the time to answer questions I had on our system. Definitely a great Company to work with.

Would highly recommend, just had this company out to service my septic! Quick appointment time, updated me with a phone call the day of service with the names of employees who would be arriving. They arrived at the scheduled time. They are also very knowledge and willing to answer naïve customers questions without making one feel stupid for asking them. Pumped all the tanks! Estimates regarding cost was accurate, no hidden fees like other companies. Seriously I can not say enough good things about them, will be using them for any future septic needs, so glad they were recommended to me by another community member!

Missed my telephone call, but called me back promptly. They offered me an appointment weeks in advance of their local competition.They arrived on-time, and had my system pumped in just a few minutes.I had some issues with tree roots in my septic, and the owner of the system took the time to explain the problem to me. I got quite an education that morning.I will use this septic service moving forward.

These guys were so helpful and knowledgeable! We moved in a year ago and our septic had been neglected by former renters. Jeff and Steve did such a thorough job cleaning our tanks, educating me on the alarm system, and cleaning a filter we didn't know we had. Thank you to Sewer Works for a great first experience - we'll definitely use you for septic service again and refer you to neighbors.

Don't waste your time with this company. I scheduled an inspection with them for yesterday & they didn't show up. I called & left a message last night at 5:00 with no return call. I called them today at noon because I still had no return call from them & said I found someone else. He said "sorry about that, no worries". Maybe not for you! I'm selling my house so now I'm out of time because I hired the wrong company. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Lesson learned!

Neg 40-60 degrees on (1/29/19) and they still came out to pump our tanks after a frozen drain field. What can I say more? These guys are AWESOME!!

We have already called and set up our 2018 appointment with this company. There is no one out there we would trust more. This will be the fourth time, or so, that we have had them pump our septic and we will never go anywhere else and neither should you! Great customer service, great work, and honesty are what you can expect when you hire them!

This company is amazing! They took great care of us and saved us from what could have been a septic nightmare. For me there is no other company I would recommend over them because they actually care and they do great work!
