We give US Storage a 4+ out of 5 rating. The staff was professional & knowledgeable and helpful. The space was clean and well lit. The hours of access to our unit are the rental price are very good, compared to Public Storage and Xtra-Space Storage.

Quick and easy to set-up. Great deal on 2 month rent. David was very helpful!
Edit: Terrible. Filthy. Got glass in my shoes 3 times. Never any carts. Staff unresponsive to emails.

Met with Devon and TY today for my first move alone. Devon was very professional, friendly, and understanding. She showed me the entire place, and made sure I was comfortable. She demonstrated the most professional behavior and I felt like I truly picked the right place. Thank you.

This is the best check-in experience I’ve ever had with a storage space. David was very friendly and even stayed a few minutes late to accommodate getting my lease signed, making sure the gate code worked, and Making sure I was happy with the space he picked out for me, which was completely spotless when we opened the door! The total process took about 15 minutes tops and I was able to get to work on the spot! Thanks David!!

I was impressed with the easy process for reservation. I reserved a storage unit online and within minutes someone called to make sure that they answered all my questions. I went in to see the unit and was greeted by a personable, friendly and efficient Dave.
He did an outstanding job making my experience, easy and memorable. I am impressed. The facility is clean and temperature control. I highly recommend this facility- thanks, David

Amazing amazing guy at the front desk he was able to stay late a couple minutes for me to get my unit up and going because I wouldn't be able to come to the storage unit in time I'd have to get off work fairly early and being as I'm at it a new job it's frowned upon to call out so often so he's a lifesaver I really appreciate him and this company is pretty awesome storage units are easy to use and yeah we're good.

Be prepared for constant price increases the moment you move in!!
Upper management gives Managers the authority to negotiate pricing then doesn't back the decisions.
2 years ago, I rented 2 units. Every 6 months the price jumped an average of 25%. Since I posted a 1 star review in 2023 I was contacted in hopes I would remove my review. I was offered a fantastic deal which also meant moving units. I hesitated because I didn't trust them and I am HANDICAPPED. I needed to hire movers and moving causes me mental and physical strain. The mgr assured me it would be fine. I emailed confirmation and asked she document the agreement. I was assured it was done. Paid for 9 months. Within 6 months the price over doubled!!! The local Management changed and were great to work with however upper management was horrible zero stars.
Only received responses when I followed up every few weeks.anout the issue and location manager contacted them.
They wouldn't respond to my emails.
-Take advantage, hike prices the moment you move in.
-Give managers decision making authority but don't back the decisions.

This company will be reported to the Attorney General's office.

This location is convenient to a large Saturdayand Sunday farmers market. Its an Awesome excuse to visit and secure convenient parking.
