Although I haven't purchased an RV yet the folks at RV World definitely have the best prices in the U.S.There no pressure sales is the best around. Tara was an absolute pleasure to work with and when it's time for me to buy I will without a doubt buy here.

RV World will take great care of you! We found a camper we loved at a great price point. We ended up needing to cancel our ordered camper after a week and Ryan and Kevin went ahead and cancelled the order without question or hesitation. I would highly recommend RV World in Ramsey if you are looking for a camper. Ryan, Kevin, and the rest of the team will take excellent care of you!

I dropped in without an appointment for some advice on replacing my broken 7 way socket. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the ladies helped my grandaon with getting a juice pouch they had stocked in a little fridge in a very nice waiting area with kids toys and books. Edwin had the part I needed and took the time to explain how to change it myself. I didn't really want to do it, so he was able to install it right then and there and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend these professionals! Thank you RV World?

These people are so unorganized it’s been a headache working with them to find ONE electrical RV part. We came into the shop two months ago to order a part and they were really attentive, pulled out the catalogue, ordered the part and said they would mail it to us. Thankfully I had the sense to take a picture of what it was we actually needed. Perfect! Received said part in the mail about 4 days later but it was the wrong part. They ordered the second plug in the catalogue right next to the correct one. No big deal, we drove 40 min back, returned got a refund and they ordered the new part. It’s been ONE MONTH later and call every 3-4 days and literally no one has any idea where it is, if it was ever delivered, if anyone had mailed it to us or if it’s in transit to anyone. Whenever we call they all blame or point fingers at each other and no one has an answer, I would rather not drive that far to come back empty handed. It’s incredibly frustrating! Would seriously caution you to go literally anywhere else before coming here.

We have been looking to purchase our first camper for a bit of time, we found one we liked here online and stopped in to take a look unfortunately someone beat us and the camper was already pending sale. But I would like to give a shoutout to our salesman Kirk Ofarrell, he was exceptional throughout the whole experience, His integrity is top notch and would recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a camper. Unfortunately we did not purchase from RV world but our experience overall was wonderful. The RV world team is the kind of people you want to work with!

Bought our new trailer about a year ago. We found during first use there were a few factory warranty items that needed addressed. RV World took care of what They could and ordered replacement parts for the rest including damage to the slide out while in their care. They called us to get scheduled for repairs because all parts were in. There are 3 parts they forgot to order or whatever. We picked it up today and NO KEYS. They lost them. Still waiting for factory repair parts that they told us were in. Bought there to support local owned. Won't have serviced there now.

We had a great shopping experience with Megan and am still hopeful that everything turns out right but when we went to pick up our camper we sat for almost an hour past our scheduled time to even do our walkthrough and then sat for another hour after they found a problem with an outlet. We were then told that we wouldn’t be able to take our camper home at closing but they would deliver it. That was great for them to do that since it saved us time and gas to go pick it up but now here we are again less than a month later and without a working fridge. Going to possibly miss two weekends of camping for this repair since they can’t get it in for another almost 2 weeks.

Great experience! Anthony was very laid back and easy to communicate with. Tyler in finance made paperwork easy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, funny and welcoming. I went to look at one camper but I could tell they had a great inventory. Purchasing was easy, the walk through was very thorough and we left not feeling overwhelmed. I felt that their prices were competitive and fair. Love that they are a local company and will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for a camper!

RV World has been there for us since we purchased our Golf Stream 2018 'Vintage Cruiser Rs22' .Diagnosing and modifying our camper to fix a problem or meet a changing need. Getting to know costumers by name is lost talent at many showrooms but not RV World. Fast Friendly service is their standard. When we had a difficult electrical problem effect our heater they worked to fix it quickly so we can hit the Road to Jackson Hole this summer. Thanks for your hard work and perseverance Pam , Jerad, Chris, the mechanics who helped us get back up and running.

My husband and I just purchased our trailer today and the people at RV World could not have been more helpful. Starting with Ryan who found us the trailer we wanted. Edwin who walked us through the trailer and showed us the Ins and outs. Tyler who did the paperwork and great conversation. We are so excited to retire and travel. Thank you to everyone for helping us get there. Now all we need is a truck to pull it. (Real soon)

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the RV World in Ramsey MN. A huge shout out to Kirk O'Farrell!! He went about and beyond what anyone would expect. He really fought for everything we wanted in our new park model and stood by it. He is a man of his word. He kept in close communication with us every step of the way and seemed just as excited as we were. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee work for you! The rest of the staff was great as well, and everyone seems to work together as a team to ensure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend RV World to anyone!! Great dealership! Took excellent care of us from start to finish.Big shout out to Ryan for answering all our pre-sale questions, Andy for driving 2 hours to pick us up at the airport on his day off(!!) and giving us a great alternative to get around Minneapolis in our new Motorhome, Eddie for checking out all the tanks before we even arrived and showing us every little detail and how it all works and then even taking the time to install some extra’s for us, and finally Tyler in finance , for having everything ready to go, so we could beat the storm home (we did!).We highly recommend RV World - what a great experience!

We just spent a bunch of money on a camper (Cyclone 4006) we picked out at the RV show. Full disclosure we had another camper on deposit at Camping world when we showed up at the Sportsman show at the Saint Paul convention. Kevin and team was persuasive and turned me on to this camper. They gave us a great deal, it was a seamless process, they are storing it over the winter, and made sure we were comfortable at every step. Incredibly happy with our decision. Would 100% recommend dealing with this family run local dealership versus using the chains.

Great experience working with the RV World team when we purchased our new Sport Trek 302 travel trailer. Update. The response from owner and employee are lies. Right after being told I was guilty of theft I called the bank that apparently had not approved the loan. They had said that was not true. I don't appreciate being called a theife because of a "mistake " you guys made. Nothing in the phone call was anything about a lower interest rate that ment nothing to me. Please stop with the lies.Bought my camper back in 2018.After offering to pay cash for sale price I was told I could only get that price if I finance. So I did against my better judgment. Few days after paperwork signed and camper at home Taylor called and told me the bank didn't accept my loan (they did). He told me contact that was approved was "just a piece of paper". And if I didn't resign it or bring back camper it was theft.I called bank and was told that they approved the loan right away and had no problem. Drive past this place. Better rv dealers just down the road.
