“1/10/23 Our doctor sent a prescription to Coborn’s in Ramsey: an antibiotic they were out of due to nationwide shortages. I didn’t catch her name, but an employee at the pharmacy called around, found another pharmacy with the prescription we needed, and transferred our prescription so we could get it filled tonight. I am so grateful to her for her additional help, she went above and beyond!”

“Excellent experience! I was trying to find a certain medication and was facing rudeness when inquiring at other pharmacies. They were so, so nice to me at North Memorial MG pharmacy. They transferred over my prescription, held the med for me, and called me back promptly to let me know it was available for pick up. They also told me they'd do whatever they could to help me refill it in the future. Remarkably positive experience overall and I will be making them my primary pharmacy!”
“We got soda for our restaurant. And I mean a lot of soda over 50 cases of soda and Scott I believe he was a manager and another worker helped us and loaded all of the soda in our truck. We offered them money and Scott graciously did not except. Scott was awesome and so kind. I don’t know the other young man’s name but thank you both for the help. We really appreciated it.”
“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”
“Had my appointment at 8:00 am, got here by 8:15 so I was assigned to a dock very quick and within an hour I was empty.Shipping and receiving door is next to dock 10, also there's not enough space for overnight parking.”

Now, I've had a couple not so good things when I 1st started going here 15+ years ago but they have been good to me ever since. I won't go anywhere else. Walgreens? Not good. CVS horrible. Target? They were alright. Didn't leave an impact on me. Cub is where it's at.”

“My prescriptions were recently involved with the cyber attack on Cub pharmacy. I know the frustration on my part, and the employees of Cub pharmacy must have had it 10 fold. Today an employee, (I won't mention any names, but it was David) called me and left a personal voice mail, (not the pre recorded message) that my prescriptions were ready. Thank you!! These people care and I'm grateful for the great customer service.”
“This store is good, but really needs an update. All the signage and shelf's seem very old. Everything is arranged so differently than most other Cubs as well. Other than that, the workers and food was fine.”

“I appreciate Cub Foods more these days. Although it's not my usual place to get groceries when I'm in the Twin Cities, I lie that many Cub Foods open their parking lots for food trucks to gather. It's nice that they support small businesses. Having these food trucks around allows me to sample a bunch of good food while I'm in town.In early March, I learned that this Cub Foods in White Bear Lake (WBL) had five food trucks parked in the parking lot of this Cub Foods. I was excited for the food trucks and visiting WBL for the first time.I came here on a Sunday. The five food trucks were parked away from the actual supermarket. Looking at the store, it looked massive from my vantage point. It has Huntington, a bank. It also has its own liquor store and pharmacy.Out of the five food trucks, I got food from KCM Eggrolls and Original Hockey Mom Brownies. I had already had Rebel Lobster's lobster roll in the past. It was so tough to turn it down because I wanted to try food from other trucks.KCM Eggrolls is known for its footlong egg roll on a stick. I had to get one to say that I've had one. It was yummy. It was full of filling. It was crispy. I enjoyed it.I had a tough time deciding which brownie I wanted from Original Hockey Mom Brownies. I settled for the buttercream swirl brownie. OMG! It was delicious. The buttercream was delightful. The brownie was moist and chewy. It does run sweet, so beware of a sugar rush and a bit of a crash afterwards.The man at the truck loved how happy I was to get my brownie. I was beaming because I hadn't had a brownie in ages. This truck does have a secret menu, which was great to know.I paid cash at both food trucks. They both accept credit cards.Even with the food trucks, there was plenty of parking at this Cub Foods. I should get groceries at Cub Foods next time. I do know a lot about their parking lots and food trucks these days. =)(80)”

With the old elk River pharmacy shutting down, road construction and dealing with losing staff.. They still go above and beyond! Working long hours while helping people who may be cranky from life. “I recently switched from the nearby Walgreens and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received with the pharmacists at Cub. My prescriptions are ready and waiting for me to pick them up, and instead of waiting in a 30 min drive thru line, i am in and out in 5 mins or less. Thank you for the great work you do!”
