Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Daughter has been going about a year and absolutely loves it. She has learned many great karate skills, developed a sense for team work and individual discipline, confidence building along with strength and coordination. Highly recommend!

I signed my 4 year old daughter up and one of the instructors kept yelling at her and rolling her eyes made my daughter cry and not want to participate Talk about singling my daughter out. They should have a beginners class and maybe work with the younger children alittle more. I had a bad experience i hope no one else does. On the plus side we are in andover now and they are great!

I started with National Karate when I was 10/11 years old and I would not be the person I am today without it. It has taught me many life lessons and to earn something great you need to work for it. Mentally and physically. There are no shortcuts or timeline set in place. And when it gets rough and knocks you down you get back up and start again.
