Their customer service is exceptional and the location is convenient. I've been a customer for about a year and had questions about unit sizes and recent promotions. The property manager responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Name Brand Storage has been outstanding. Would recommend.

Its supposed to be that u can get in. The gate 24/7 but for some reason can't get in after 9pm. Then when u get a unit they say 1st month is a $1 but they fail to tell u its $1 for the 1st month plus u pay full price for the 2nd and a $50 deposit all up front so it's alittle deceiving!!!
