This is our second time using Lotsa Love, and I couldn't be happier! After having a extremely bad experience with another groomer not only was my pup nervous but so was I! My Witty girl is a 1.5 year old service dog who deserves "lotsa love "when having to be groomed and thank goodness we found the right spot for her. They are attentive, fast, and definitely listen to how we want her groomed with of course giving lotsa love! The shop is clean and has enough room. I'm confident she will learn to love grooming day now that we found a good match for her! Thank you for taking good care of my pup!Dogs do what humans can't!

I love going to this place to get my dog and my moms dog groomed they do such a wonderful job and treat our dogs so well that our dogs are so comfortable with then my dog goes right in and climbs on the table and waits for Jodi to give him pets and hugs before doing his nails Jenna and Jodi are awesome wonderful groomers.

If you show up on time for your appointment, like a capable adult, it’s great! They’re dog groomers not your personal assistant. Get your life together, they’ll get your pets together.

My dog usually has to be sedated at the vet to get her nails trimmed. She went to lots of love this morning and was beautified. Nails were done and tail was wagging. More than pleased. She’s beautiful!

I brought a friend's dog to the appointment for grooming today because my girlfriend lost her stepmom to deathI came from almost an hour away and I was 15 minutesLate I explained thatI was lost and there was lots of construction around her business.she still refused appt i am very disappointed in her lack of understanding and empathy.shame on u.

We use to go here all the time for nail trims and Jenna did great, but we took a little break after one of the ladies (there were three of them working at the time) tried to manhandle my dog after she clipped a nail a little to short. I understand that this can happen but my dog went into a bit of a frantic behavior because it was clearly painful for her based on the yelp. At the time I just went back and helped by holding my dog while the lady trimmed the rest of her nails, but we didn't go back after.We recently tried to go back and specifically have Jenna do my other dogs nails as she's always done a great job with them, but we were told by the lady who answered the phone that Jenna doesn't do nail-trim only appointments anymore. Kind of a bummer since it also seems like they don't do grooming for large breeds either right now.Not sure if this is a new business plan or a temporary thing due to COVID. Would be nice if some clarification on that was provided.Jenna really does a great job, but not a fan of the newer business model without any real explanation as to why customers who have been going there, or have gone there several times in the past are now being turned away.

We have a sheltie who has huge amounts of fur that needs special grooming regularly. We are very happy with the work they do and so is our dog.
