The people at Lake Regions RV were so helpful through every step of the purchasing process right through delivery. From sales (looking at you, Kelly A!), right through to the shop folks helping when we picked the unit up. We highly recommend using this company if you are in the market for a Class B or Class C RV.

Kelly was such a treat to work with. She is very knowledgeable and made sure she thoroughly understood our needs. The first time we went there she was already in her car and it was after closing hours. She hopped out of her car, was so pleasant, and offered to show us a few RVs that had caught our attention from the road. This place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!

We picked up our 2024 Leisure Travel Van Unity Twin Bed motor home in late December 2023. The event was a happy culmination of a more than two-year wait for our LTV to be produced and shipped. The waiting was well worth it because of the excellent assistance we received from Lake Region RVs.Kelly Adamek was our original contact at Lake Region. She was ever ready and eager to respond to our queries about options, schedules, and changes. We could not have asked for a more capable, attentive, and friendly sales agent.Lake Region's owner Seth Pasch was also most pleasant to deal with, providing good advice about selling our 2017 LTV Unity. In welcome contrast to some other LTV dealers reported on the internet, Lake Region applied no extra fees to the price we were quoted when our RV went into production.Should we have need for another RV or for service, Lake Region RVs will certainly be at the top of our list. They have been first rate for us.

Kelly, Seth, and the crew at Lake Region RV are all top notch! We have been looking for the right RV fit for my wife and I the past 6 months and Kelly took the time to help us find the best RV for our needs. We worked with Kelly and Seth to procure our current RV. Lakes Region RV is a first class outfit. We tried for 2 years to get our RV repaired, which was under warranty, by the large nation wide dealer we purchased it from with zero results. Only incompetence and actual damage to our RV by careless technicians. Only when we contacted Lakes Region RV did we get our RV repaired. It was done and the results were above and beyond expectations. Lakes Region RV is the only place we would ever contact for anything on our RV again. Great Work Lakes Region RV! Thank you so much.
