My moving experience was AWFUL! I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT POST A REVIEW WITHOUT T LEAST ONE!! THEY DESERVE MINUS ZERO!! they were UNORGNIZED and CLUELESS how to move any property. I would warn anyone out there NOT to hire Robinson ! to start the movers were over 1 hour late. they were not dressed professionally, sweatpants no uniform shirts. There was 3 men that showed up to do the job, but I could have and should have done this myself. They were SLOW SLOW SLOW! 4 hours just to load me up from a 2 bdr. apartment. 4 hours!! Took a smoke break after only 2 hours. One of them on his cell phone most of the time. Making personal phone calls to the doctor for medication. One of them needed to take a Zoom class and would not be able to help with the move. Come to find out it was for drug rehab! They were NOT SPEAKING PROFESSIONALY! A lot of swearing and discussions on how one of them is a recovering drug addicts. They broke my China Hutch, and end table drawer which they glued the door back on. To top it off My Beautiful Leather living room furniture set the Chair has ripped leather up both sides and it doesn't work properly when we went to use it the chair flipped all the way landing us on the floor. I wonder what else is probably broken!! The move took over 8 hours, Unacceptable mount of time! I could go on and on this was a HUGE DISATSTER BEWARE! I WILL DE DEMANDING TO HAVE MY CHAIR AND CHINA HUTCH PAID FOR ALONG WITH WANTING MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME $1,050.00 that I was told was giving me a Deal!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
