“My wife’s center stone was loose. I called and Randy told me to come in. Randy went straight to work. Less than 10 minutes later it was done. He explained why the center stone was loose and the 4 prong vs 6 prong options in the future. He cleaned and shined the ring as well. And he didn’t charge me anything. I was taken back by this type of service. It’s the small things that leave an impression. I will make Hoskins my first stop for future jewelry purchases.”

“Their goldsmith Chris was able to repair a unique, bronze, heirloom belt buckle of mine, that needed a new belt loop. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it was done quickly and way beyond my expectations, for a very very reasonable price! I was blown away. I've taken many things to Gould's for service and repair and always been satisfied. They have great knowledge and experience.”

“THE BEST ....I mean THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! JODI (Assistant Store Manager ) is the most patient, meek spirited person. There was no pressure, no rushing, no sales pitches. She told us about all of the current Black Friday promotions and other discounts. There were approximately 8+ people in the store and she greeted and assisted us all in order and told us ALL about the promotions (not to mention she was the only one working). She apologized for delays. Love her personality!! She is also very, very knowledgeable about their product and services, she knows the jewelry industry very well.
