Do not waste your time or money at this business. We paid $150.00 for a full interior detail and exterior car wash. The interior is still very dirty, with dusty areas all over it. The mats look like they were hosed down and are still totally dirty as well. It looks like they took a wet wash cloth to the main surfaces, but didn't shine or detail anything. They shampooed the two seats in our jeep and left the seats soaking wet. We are stuck putting fans in our vehicle to try to dry it out, but had to sit and soak our clothing just to get it home. The exterior car wash is a complete joke. It wasn't even close to clean on the doors, hood, mirrors or anything else. They didn't shine anything on the interior and didn't even properly wipe the doors down. In addition, it took us 4 different phone calls just to get a call back from the owner to make an appointment. Completely unprofessional and such a scam.
We will be reporting this to the BBB, as we were told the interior would indeed, be DETAIL cleaned.

A lot of hard workers scrubbing and wiping. I didn't like that they put the floor mats back in soaking wet.

Good service overall I talked to the manager very honest and upfront guy the workers there do a good job I have a pass and go there at least twice a week

An extra $25 for engine compartment clean/spray. They never did it. The manager insisted they did, without checking himself (unprofessional).
The outside body wash was poor. Lots of bugs left on the front of the car. Soapy white dribbles coming out of many of the door handles and jams. I know this was a “modest” (low price) Derailing job, but the things we noticed would be easy to remedy.

Worse car wash I have been in my entire life. They didn't do anything and charged $31. Waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend any body going there.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

This place is the worst! Their service is substandard to say the least and, what’s worse, is they are now Rocket City and won’t honor their pre-purchased Blue Velvet car washes. They have untrained staff and degenerate management. You’ll get a much better job for the fraction of the price going to a gas station car wash and vacuuming and wiping down your own car. They ARE NOT worth your money.Services: Auto detailing
