This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. The vehicle had so many issues mechanically. I brought a concern to them and they denied my concerns. I didn't even make it home before it started showing major transmission issues. They wouldn't take the vehicle back so I took it to a local shop. I learned the transmission needed replacing, brakes were down to 8% and 2% front/rear and ball joints needed replacing along with the struts not having any fluid in them. Also, major trans line leaks and oil leaks. They were unwilling to take the vehicle back and only offered a $1000 toward repairs. Trans alone was estimated at $5600. I gave 1star because I couldn't pick anything less. Please do not buy from here you will regret it most likely. I should have known by the looks of the place and the dirty office.

Would not recommend for one second. Purchased a 2011 F150, it had been coated over on the underbody but so much so it was near impossible to see all the rust and holes on the bed at time of purchase. Its 3k to replace a used box. The IWE's started failing within a month as well of driving in the snow and ice and using 4wd. Had issues with the ignition switch and spent 30 minutes one day trying to get the key to turn over. This company won't stand behind their product at all. Sloppy business and agree with the other comment, messy office which perfectly reflects the type of cars they sell. Trying to do others a favor and avoid buying here.

If you looking for car whatever u do don’t go to LongHorn Auto Sales, LLC...and don’t do business wit Felipe Lopez or them they sold me a bad car had issues since day 1....they told me nothing was wrong wit the car and it was good to go....got the car checked and multiple issues and only had the car 7 day...they had it 3 of the 7 days Trinna repair it...they told me they Once the paperwork was signed I couldn’t bring the car back .....they gave me no grace period ....they tol
