“I purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Anderson Motors a couple of months back. Asher made the process simple and there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics to buy the car which was a nice change of pace from other dealers I've been too. About a month after buying the car, I noticed a rattle from the car while accelerating. Despite having no warranty or obligation, Asher and crew took a look at the car and fixed the problem, which ended up just being a loose exhaust heat shield. Overall, a great experience from this local dealership.”
“Called for spray in bed liner on my 2021 f150. They were able to get me in on short notice, disposed of my old drop in bed liner. Took extra care to remove and reinstall my toneau cover, removed bed lighting, power outlet, bed hooks ect. before spraying. Very happy with the service and product! Idk what Minnesota does but I would assume it would be my responsibility to take care of everything. Seems strange you would expect the seller to do it.Your son could have just shown up. I’ve never had an appointment until I picked up my amazing Durango I’ve had since September and zero issues.Both Mike and his lady. “I recently traded a vehicle in for a 2024 Jetta SE and completed the entire transaction online via email before visiting the Duluth location. Serina took care of me and she was absolutely wonderful. Her emails were professional and timely. I felt taken care of from the first email and meeting her in person was a delight. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed buying a car like this before. The entire process was streamlined and efficient and took just over an hour to complete. I rate them a 10/10 and will be sure to recommend Volkswagen of Duluth and especially Serina.
