“So glad I called them. 2013 F-150 with a bad lead frame. Had my truck at the Duluth stealership for 2 weeks only to find out many thousands of these lead frames are on back order across the country. No ETA on the part that was quoted as being $1300 plus labor. They estimated 6 to 9 months One call to Hermantown Transmission and within 5 minutes they found the part in Texas, had it shipped to Duluth and fixed my truck for a total cost of $800 within five days. “I've been having truck problems constantly since going to a different auto shop. After my truck broke down a 3rd time I quickly needed a tow to a more trustworthy repair shop due to being an essential employee. Nowhere else could look at my truck for weeks out. Thompson T-Express was able to tow my truck to the repair shop and get it fixed the same day. Staff were polite and prices were reasonable. Will be going here again in the future.”

I was going to bring it to a service center, but he knew that there was a recall on my vehicle. He called the dealership and made sure that I was all taken care of. Had he not been the one to tow me, I could have been out a good chunk of money for the repair. Thank you!!!”
