“Amazing place...so many tools and tool related stuff. Well organized, well displaced. Top quality stuff. Customer service could be up-graded. Stood there for sometime waiting to be helped, as staffed walked by me. Finally, when most of the staff was standing around talking to each other I approached them for help. (FYI, I was a former Retail/Person Service Customer Service Trainer...maybe I am a little jaded about this!) :)”
