“Passing through on our way to north west Minnesota, we needed Diesel & a drink. Very clean station with plenty of room for RVs, Big rigs & vehicles. They have an RV dump station & propane refills! When we were at the check out, the attendant was very helpful & even explained the rewards system to us!”

“This location is always busy. They need more handicap parking. Always well stocked and prices clearly marked. For as busy as they are, the cashiers and other personnel are always pleasant. Quick service too. The store and parking lot are kept clean which is greatly appreciated. Fuel prices seem to be on the higher side, but fill ups are very convenient. Car wash area is across the street.”

But was disappointed when I parked in front of the store Hadi cap spot almost slipped.because someone dump water or clear pop and it froze went inside Kwik Trip and told employee who was keeping up hot foods and let him know about situation ,that somebody is going to fall. “I love QuikTrip! It's just like the one in the north end but in midtown Superior you can find everything you'll find it any of the other KwikTrips at this location. The only thing I don't really like is that you cannot use the car wash code at a different QuikTrip location.”

“I never really write reviews but this Short Stop has always been my favorite gas station in Duluth. Not only because of the selection but also the people who work there. Last night I went in there and they removed their water machine ? it’s not a big deal, but you can’t get water anymore without buying a plastic bottle… kinda sad we can’t access free water in gas stations anymore, but I’m sure there was good reasoning for it. Wish they would have kept it but made it so you’d have to purchase the cup/bring in your own.”
“I love mostly all Kwik Trip stores. They're very convenient and fast-paced. They totally took over my town of superior about five years ago but they have many good discounts and I always grab my gas from there when I fill up my tank and always grab all kinds of different things from there. Overall it's a great story to stop at if you're looking to make a quick trip.”
“My friends and I and I went up north to go bird watching for the weekend, and on our way back home to Wisconsin we stopped here for gas. I went inside to get some coffee, and the woman at the counter was so sweet! I ran back out to the car, and as we were pulling away, our power steering failed! We tried to drive around the parking lot a bit, but it soon became clear that it wouldn’t be safe to drive 5+ hours back to southern Wisconsin. My friend called her mechanic dad to get some input, and he decided to drive out to us to take a look and save us from being stranded at a Minnesotan gas station. This was at approx 9:30am.My friends and I, 4 of us total, spent the next several hours sitting in our car, running inside to buy snacks/use the restrooms, etc. The clerk came out to check on us, and we explained our situation. Everyone working there was so kind, and the gas station itself was actually the best possible place for us to hangout while waiting for our rescue. They had a huge selection of snacks, candy, and even games and toys! I bought UNO, and we got some subway sandwiches and played UNO for a few hours in one of the sit down booths at the subway inside of the gas station. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and so was the rest of the place. Our rescue arrived around 3pm, and after one more bathroom break and a few more cups of coffee, we were off.10/10 would break down and be stranded here again. Thank you Speedway!”

They provide customer service fast and you can join a KT club to earn treats every 15 visits.Also every 3-4 months they have the best prices on butter & cheeses.They have co.plete hot meals, cooked chicken & pizza slices too.Smoothies are also available!Too many carb pastries to pass through while shopping !”
“I spent my time reading all of the ones STAR comments, and I can relate to every single one of them, and even add on them for days. But when I came to the realization that It’s been a pretty rough year, and everybody that rated one star….. the word that came to my mind every time I read one of them is called “ SELF entitlement”. The level of SELF entitlement these days is beyond me, and I’m done trying to even understand something that’s just not understandable. To the person about the car wash…. you had stuff come off the road, and you thought a touch-less wash was going to take it off? I think you should just say less. I go there every week and get exactly what I want, and there was one time that I got the “ultimate works/deluxe wash?”, and it didn’t work correctly. I went back around, I told one of them exactly that, and with no questions asked he handed me a new receipt and he said “sir I sure hope this one works for you” ( one of the older gentleman). How about the crackhead lady that came in there? That’s not called “their issue” that called a “National tragedy” and they can’t control who walks in those doors, because if they could they would love to have everyone of you entitled people automatically lock the door the second you touch it.How about this…. one of the older gentleman is a retired 30+ Duluth police officer/St. Louis County sheriffs officer, HE IS A HERO!!! He now really…. pushing buttons to self entitled people like you, and for all you know he had to spend his pension to save someone in his family.Maybe Start realizing that everybody has battles outside of their work, and we don’t know what those battles are, so you’re just sensitive to people, and in the end it will work. I would have an attitude from how omg It can take in line, and they were just grumpy, but when it came down to it they gave me exactly what I wanted, and they let me put my head behind that stupid plastic glass so they could hear me, NEVER COMPLAIN ABUT IT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE JOB IS TO SELL, and every single time I was in there, their mask’s was on! (They goes for every employee)Here’s my last example, there is a kid that worked there at the beginning of the Covid shut down if you wanna call it that, and he would work so many hours that he would go above the coolers in the back just to get a nap so we can go back to the cashier and help the 24 hour service that was coming out of there nonstop.“Patience is a virtue, find it if you can, sell them in a woman, but never in a man”I bet you have waited in the car wash line longer than in line to pay for your cravings & pack of Tobacco/coffee (mind you each new coffee machine in there is OVER 14,000!!) we are lucky to have them stick through all the BS. NEVER to collect a $600 payment, and out their with their feet up on the couch. I’m sorry your parents and teachers didn’t teach you respect for your elders.Paying customers? Lol. Wake the F up, stop letting others control the way you think feel, and behave. Just because you are spending $20, doesn't make you a king/queen for the moment. You ever feel stupid when you passed someone on the road 10+ miles over the speed limit but you both end up at the same red light? Try something different…just because the other person isn’t kind (your type of kind) that gives you no excuse NOT to continue to be kind. Kindness spreads, and rubs off…. Do you do the some thing over and over again expecting a different result? we all know it’s called “insanity”, so again try something different with your own personal attitude.Have a blessed day, all of you.”
“It's great having such a nice store downtown. Living at The Harbours, we can walk to Snyder's through the SkyWalk without going outside in the winter. They have some groceries and basic supplies as well as MoneyGram services (both electronic and paper). I'd give them three thumbs up... if I had another hand... still working on that...”

“Recently I was in Duluth for a family member that was in the hospital. I was staying near by and was gassing up to go home (a lot on my mind). After filling my tank I realized that I had lock not only my keys in the car but my cellphone as well.I went inside and one of the first people I met was Ryan. This young man did everything he could for me. My original request was for a hanger that I might pop my lock. No hanger but then Ryan suggested AAA...Why do we forget this service when we have it (duh). With my cellphone locked in the car Ryan handed me his after dialing in the number. AAA said they would be about an hour after which Ryan kept me informed of the case and their arrival from his phone as he went about his duties.I was made very welcome during my wait and always asked if I needed anything.Once the truck arrived and I got my truck unlocked I thanked the staff and Ryan especially for being so kind and thoughtful.I travel from Milwaukee to International Falls quite often and usually stop at Kwik Trips but will be going out of my way to stop at this one, Kwik Trip #572, in the future.Thank you Ryan and I hope your manager has a good word with you. You were extremely helpful, thoughtful and concerned when I had my problem. There should be more people like you in the world.”

“Mainly come during the earlier mornings, by 7am, and they always have fresh hot food which is a plus. Bathrooms are always cleaned well and friendly staff. Only downside was during this past winter I had several instances where I couldn’t pump at the diesel pumps because they just wouldn’t work. Sometimes just one pump but other times it was all of them and nothing was flagged telling me until I was already parked. Was not fun to move my truck over to another pump or a lot of times just figuring out my next gas station option. It was probably due to the cold but I have never had issues with that at any other gas station. If that can be looked into I’m sure you’d relieve a lot of peoples frustration from that issue.”

“Actually, 1 of the last places around you can pump gas & then go inside & pay!!! I was paying w/cash & had no idea how much it would be to top it off. I estimated $30 & clerk said "you don't have to prepay" I went back out & filled tank @ $22.23 (love hybrids). Clerk saved me time & a headache of needing to get refunded the difference had I pre-paid!”
