“A little disappointed when I went in last week because I asked a lady about opening a checking and a savings and she just told me to go online and open the account and seem like she didn’t have an interest of helping me at all. I opened the account online and it said I still had to go inside of the branch.I brought this up to Nicholas D, And he seem like he went out of his way to help my wife and I solve our problem same day and we even had a flight to catch and he still was enthusiastic speedy and very informational. “Paid off our car in January,2019. Today we stopped in to pickup our title. All staff was courteous and friendly plus most of all helpful. We were taken care of promptly. They have hot coffee, clean restrooms and it's a designated SafePlace. Nothing at all to complain about. Great experience with them over 6 years. Certainly a credit union worth checking out. Deserving a five star rating!”
