We had a great experience with Winterwind. Jim is a great guy who runs a simple dog kennel. The price is AMAZING compared to what you’ll find closer to Minneapolis. He really cares about the dogs and people he works with. Our dog had a blast playing with his two golden retrievers, enjoyed the ample outside time, and reportedly got along with all dogs and people she met. Jim cares about what you want and is extremely flexible to accommodate your needs. He is flexible on pickup hours, will feed and treat your dog however you desire. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple kennel out of the city.

Maverick loves coming here. He is always excited to stay here and he loves hanging out with Jim and the other dogs.
