It was clear that the customer service wasn’t here. I came to return a package from amazon and had printed the label out and placed it on the box. They did not accept it because it wouldn’t scan and said they would print it off for $3 bucks. It was clear that they just did not want to be there or help out. I went to another UPS store and they did it for free and were super nice. Better off going to any location but this one.

I am a software development consultant, and clients ship laptops to me for their work. Once the work ends, I need to ship the laptops back to the client. I always visit this UPS store for shipping the laptops back, and I have never had a problem. All of my laptops have gotten where they need to go, and there has never been an issue. This is a great location, with great service, near my home, and I know that I will always be taken care of by the staff.

Hit or miss!!!
I had worse and best days here. One time the counter person did not like how I taped the box. Asked me to buy new tape close to $7. Wow!! This time, the processing time was quick less than 2 min.

Great store, Yahye was diligent and kind! I was going to have my package turned away, but he gave me a great deal and I just had to pay $35 for a label and tape. Package send!

Wonderful experience at this location. I was flustered trying to return a bunch of large and small items after the holidays and the move to our new home; return items ranging from rugs to kids toys. A few of the boxes for my large items broke and the team at this location was very kind and helpful. They helped me carry stuff out of my car and even offered to package my broken boxes. Their whole team provided exceptional service and I felt like it was a first class full service post office experience. Thank you all for your help and kindness.
