Would give 0. The manager is especially a problem employee. My wife gave exact dimensions and shipping rate for the shipping of a package and they gave a specific price. 2 days later I shipped the package and they charged double. The manager was rude to even ask a question of.

The older short bald guy was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. I followed all directions best I could to return an Amazon purchase. This guy kept telling me to go home and do it right. Apparently, I was holding up his line. Two miles away, there’s another UPS store. That guy helped me. Never going back to that Douche in PL.

went to print 2 a4 pages..forwarded the docs to store. Charged me 8$ ..6$ for computer use . I could have printed this for 20cents and fedex. Pathetic pricing policy trying to squeeze money out of customers. Never ever into a ups location. Corporate greed at max!.

Was just here to drop off amazon packages. I had 6 packages. One of the packages was to be packed by me per amazon. I had it in a shipping bag but it wasn't sealed completely. I asked for one piece of tape. The young girl on duty told me it would be 2 dollars for a piece of tape. Just wow. I can see why this store has a terrible Google rating. Just wow. @gin McCabe I think we had the same blonde girl. Long blond hair? Same. Im sure. Omg. Ur review made me laugh out loud. So true.

This DMV is staffed with incredibly kind people. They follow the rules and some people want short cuts and come unprepared and blame the staff for their mistakes. But I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone deserves a raise.

I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes! The girl at the front was very helpful! I’m not sure of her name, but she’s got blonde hair and piercings. I didn't know what size box I needed for the item I was mailing, and she helped me pick one that was the perfect size.I had never been to this UPS location before so this was a pleasant first visit.

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The Assistant Manager Abbie should be retrained in customer service or fired. I see why everyone is going to the one in Southbridge instead. Avoid this place.

Blonde girl (probably barely in her 20’s) has a really poor attitude. Very impersonal. Has the personality of a tree stump. Like if the color beige and a liberal had a kid. No eye contact and acts like she is constipated when you talk to her. I’m really concerned for the future of basically all costumer service. Blah! No work ethic whatsoever, she probably uploads crying videos on TikTok.

The parking lot is right next to the door so it's easy in and out. This store makes it easy to make returns. The girl working is unpleasant but I got my return handled anyway.

STAY AWAY ! The worst ! First they entered the WRONG address to my employers address (which I gave the lady helping me the letter WITH the correct address to enter!!! That’s all you had to do ) NOW…. weeks later I get these IMPORTANT forms mailed back to my house saying “wrong address “ . Now I see why my employer never ever received anything ! And listen to this… the GUY on the phone today @ that fuking store simply said … you can PAY again . Ok . F U ! These are the type of workers we have nowadays . God help us all ! YOU cost me my job . Horrible store . STAY AWAY !
