Firstly, they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Secondly, they were upfront about prices. Thirdly, they spent time getting familiar with my dog and let me ask as many questions as I could think of

Brought my dog in for vaccinations and allergy shot. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly. They went over everything thoroughly and I didn't feel pressured to get any "extras".
