Based on a recommendation ... brought my vehicle in for repairs after a hit and run on rear bumper . Staff was awesome, not only did they do a superb job , it was on time and on budget with good communication from Josh on the progress, the quality is top notch ! My 10 yr old Acura RDX looks new again - I highly recommend them, they have won my business.

Second time I’ve had a service performed at Prior Lake Collision. Both times the quality was impeccable. On top of that, the communication with the staff was great. Had an issue that came up during the repair that cost more. They took responsibility and honored the original price. Integrity is as important to me as the other attributes. My vehicle was hit by another motorist, who admitted fault. His insurance company accepted the liability and cost of repairs. Prior Lake Auto Collision was one of three companies in their network that was relatively close by. The other two were larger, but I read reviews for Prior Lake Auto Collision that were positive, so I thought I would give them the business. I can tell you this much, they most certainly didn't disappoint. They did a fantastic job, that was beyond what I could have anticipated. The car looks better than it did before it was in the accident! This place gets nothing but praise from me.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and nice when I called, she knew exactly what I needed to do! Dan got us in and out and was very thorough with my estimate compared to some of these other places that just wiz through it and don't consider the details. Highly recommend this friendly and trustworthy place to anybody!
