Had to wait an extra hour because the medical receptionist was too busy watching tiktok videos on her cell phone.

My husband showed up for an endoscopy (I was his driver.) They never told him he needed to fast and so after almost an hour drive there, we were told to reschedule. When he did reschedule, the receptionist again didn't give any instructions about fasting. My husband actually had to ask and they said they would send him some. I don't understand for the life of me why they wouldn't give him the prep he needed in order to have the test done. I am so irritated.

The triage nurse at Prior Lake Park Nicollet was so disappointing. She was not helpful, understanding and most importantly, not empathetic. I had been a patient for many years and felt like I was new with no history. Unfortunate care.

Park Nicollet upcodes to charge for more expensive care than what they actually provide. They are an unethical business and should be avoided.

I came in experiencing terrible migraines and the doctors assistant was very kind, listened and empathized, was gentle with their checks, and then Dr. Aldrich came in. She was brisk, the first thing she told me was how the short term disability company wouldn’t approve my claim, made me reexplain everything, and was short and kind of rude. I told her I wasn’t able to see the doctor because the urgent care lines were 2+ hours long and with my migraines it was impossible and she said “well you COULD have seen the doctor you chose not to because it wasn’t ideal conditions” things like that is why I have a hard time going to doctors. They also told me my insurance was accepted, but I just got a 400 dollar bill and my insurance covered like 16 dollars of my visit, so beware.

I was seen by Dr. Samuel ...he was awful. He asked me questions but completely didn't listen to my answers. He decided what was wrong even before he saw what I came for. He did not do a proper exam or any further tests to make sure he was right. He didn't hear me at all. Waste of time. I do not recommend this doctor. The nurse was awsome..very sweet..needs a new doctor.

X-ray is open 8:30- 12:15 and 1:15-5, no appointment necessaryLab is 730 I believe, however, an appointment is required. If you call Park Nicolette, they will not know this information. The Dr's are good here.

Very nice people and got me in faster than any other Clinic. I showed up 40 minutes early and they got me right in. Highly recommended

Dr. Asante-Buabeng is absolutely wonderful! He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to show it! I’m so grateful for this clinic and him. The entire staff treated me with respect and understanding. I’m so happy to be a patient here!

I don't want to be disrespectful or rude, but it wasn't what I'd hoped for considering my experiences with the St. Louis Park location. Wasn't very clean, wasn't enough help, surfaces were dirty, phlebotomist couldn't find my lab order, I was the only one there and had an appointment, but it still took over 45 minutes to get in and out and a half hour before I was seen. Not enough wait room space and they didn't seem to care there was urine cups still in the lab turnabout in the unisex bathroom. I found this unsanitary and gross. When I brought it to both employees attention the response I got was, "there's names on the cups". To me that wasn't enough. My experience in the past has been someone is there removing the samples as they are left as soon as they go in the box. Again, not the case and was more than 1 sample in there. This to me could create tampering, as well just an unsanitary condition. I like the convenience of this location, but I'm unsure if I would return without changes at the Prior Lake lab.

The pre-recorded woman talks for almost 4 minutes straight before you're left on hold for another 20 minutes until you can actually reach someone. On top of that, she has one of the most annoying voices ever conceived of.

There is a reason that I drive from Hopkins to Prior Lake, and that is because of the outstanding service I have always received for the past 20+ years at Park Nicollet Clinic in Prior Lake. From the front desk staff, to the Lab, to the medical assistants and wonderful Dr. Bergeron, I feel like I am with caring family. It doesn't hurt that Edelweiss Bakery is nearby for an after medical visit treat. I have been to many, and this clinic stands above the rest.

Great doctors, but the customer service and phone lines are ridiculous. You will need to wait on hold for 30-minutes to speak to anyone. If they call you back and you don't answer the one phone call, will have to call again and wait on hold for 30 minutes. Have to repeat this process every month for refilling a prescription.

I would not recommend this clinic at all. I have been on the phone, holding for 20 minutes each time, and had to repeat my information each time. I’ve been begging for a new prescription for 5 messages at least and they send in the same prescription after I told them it didn’t work in the first time. Waste of my many hours and will not go back.
