“I picked up a drywall screw in a tire and called to schedule an appointment. Troy got me in immediately and the tech had the repair done in 30 minutes, which was amazing. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They did a great job and worked to make the repair quickly. I would recommend their services.”

“Our family recently had our car repaired at Kennedy Transmission, and we’re so grateful for the help we received. The manager went above and beyond to get our car back on the road despite a shortage of parts. He worked hard to locate what was needed, provided a loaner vehicle, and was completely honest and transparent about the costs.
Even with the challenges, he replaced our transmission and got our car running smoothly again. The workmanship from him and his team was excellent, and his dedication and integrity really stood out. We truly appreciate all his effort and would definitely return to Kennedy Transmission in the future.”
“Paid for full oil service but little disappointed by the service because they failed to fill the topoffs which GM usually do. (Ex: wiper fluid etc). + I didn’t get the free car wash coupon, anyways I will visit em again and things may get better than before.

“Very pleased with the service here at EP Jiffy Lube. Brian, Brent and Derek were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure all of my fluids were topped off, informed me that my battery would need to be replaced within the next 6 months and also informed me the my front brakes would need to be replaced soon. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Walmart Autocare center in Shakopee MN. I was having trouble scheduling service with the App (It’s not good and was giving me an error message) so I was told to just stop in. Tevin and Derek are two of the coolest dudes who work hard and just want to get the job done for their customers. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule despite the sub par app and tire inventory system. I feel much safer on the winter roads now thanks to them.”

“I brought my 2012 F150 to ProService because I was having a terrible torque converter shudder. I had them do a fluid change hoping it would fix the problem which as of 100 miles it is gone. I called to make the appointment and was able to drop it off for next day service. They called me in the morning when it was about to go in the shop and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They did a basic inspection and informed me of suggested repairs (all of which I was already aware so no shocking news). There was no pressure to complete any other services which i appreciate. They are super friendly and I will definitely use them again for future service.”
