“I had my brakes done about a year ago. I started noticing the steering wheel shaking whenever I braked. I took it in and they had determined the the rotors had warped. Without any reservations, they replaced the entire brake job without cost the same day.That is a sign of good service!”
“My Tesla's controller arm broke last week and I managed to pull the car into a parking lot next door to Autopia in Bloomington. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and, while I waited for a tow truck and dealt with the day's messy challenges, Will at Autopia was very gracious to let me handle everything from within their air conditioned office. Even though I didn't use Autopia for the repair (it was still under my Tesla warranty - thus, I was obligated to use the dealer), I have to say that once my warranty expires, I will definitely take my car to Autopia for regular maintenance. The example they showed in my hour of need, told me exactly what kind of people they are. I recommend them highly simply based on the way they treated me. I never forget a kindness. “Paid for full oil service but little disappointed by the service because they failed to fill the topoffs which GM usually do. (Ex: wiper fluid etc). + I didn’t get the free car wash coupon, anyways I will visit em again and things may get better than before.

“On a Friday, I drive to subway for dinner. When I was leaving, someone in the parking lot asked me if I knew that my front tire on the passenger side was flat. I did not. I drove slowly to heartland tire and they were closed but there was one employee still there and he told me I couldn’t get a new tire until Monday. He did offer me a loaner car, though, which I used and even though I wasn’t happy about my tire, I was happy to have the loaner car. They were able to fix it on Monday and I had my car back!”
“I recently needed service on my Honda CRV. I took it to Heartland Tire, Goodyear as I had new tires and brakes put on my car 2 years ago and they did excellent work that time. This time was even better. My car needed a new timing chain, which is expensive work. They quoted me one price, and when I picked up my car, it was actually $1300 LESS than the original quote!! Needless to say, I was doing a happy dance for sure! I HIGHLY recommend Heartland Tire for your auto needs. Great work, and very nice and professional people. Thank you everyone at Heartland!?”

“It is a blizzard. Schools are closed. I had a 7 am appt for 4 new tires. They were a little behind - no surprise given the roads. But they had the tires I ordered (which were $40 cheaper PER TIRE than “Discount Tire” ) and got them on starting at 7:30. You can’t just show up for service but if you make an appt it’s fine.Service: Auto tire replacement”
