Stopped in on June 3 about 1230pm. Clerk was on phone, no one else around. I looked around. Clerk was off phone now. I started asking the clerk for help at the front counter, he said he is on the computer and yelled to the rear for someone. I waited a bit, no one came, he didn't offer assistance. I left. I will write it off as someone having a bad day.

Stopped in today to get parts for our truck issue.Connor was very helpful in helping us figure out the code and what we needed to solve the issue. Great service!!

Not even sure why... But car #50 was break -checking me on highway 13 in prior lake @ approx 11:45am.
He wasn't following anyone close, and there was about 20 to 30 feet between myself and the cotten nappas car #50. He was de-cellerating and break checking which i consider dangerous driving...there was literally no need for it.
For a place that serves car owners, I'd expect better road behavior.

I went to this store that I have been going to for five years to return a defective brake pad and asked for a replacement. The store clerk immediately told me that i installed the pad backwards. It’s been in my vehicle for six months and would obviously have caused major issues if I did that. He was very unprofessional, extremely rude and insulted me. (Older gentleman with a large beard named Bob. One of the other employees said he was the store manager).I will never return to this store again.

The price on the shelf is not what the real price is. After bringing items to register, they were both wrong. Total was $30+ more than what they had marked on the shelf. After verifying item numbers matched the tag, they still wouldn't honor the price that was advertised. Excuse of gas prices, etc. Maybe get off your butt and check pricing on your inventory and change tags as needed, but that would require you to stand up and do work.
