I visited Byerly's tonight (8pm 4/8/24) to "splurge" on a frozen pizza and caesar salad after a long day. I picked a delicious looking pizza that had a "SAVE NOW" $1 off coupon stuck to the box. There were several different flavors of the same brand and they all were offering that same coupon.Once I was in the checkout line, I peeled off my coupon and got ready to checkout. The cashier says "your coupon is expired". I told him I had JUST peeled it off the box (he had watched me do it). He said, "well it's expired" and showed the bag boy to confirm. I said, "In that case, is the pizza expired?!". He looked at the box and said no, the pizza was still good. I explained that ALL of that brand of pizza had coupons on them... He said "Do you still want the pizza?" I said, no thank you.He then saw that I had typed in my membership id and suggested a different pizza that was on sale. I politely declined.I realize it's only one dollar... To me it's about the principal. I would have been totally fine if he had said "I'm really sorry about that. We'll have to go and pull all of the coupons off of those pizza's. I apologize for the inconvenience." Although, it would have been better if he had just given me a dollar off on principal but he did neither of those. It's definitely a lose/lose situation when an establishment is willing to lose a customer over $1. But when they charge prices like that and make little to no effort for their customers I would MUCH rather drive the 10 miles to Aldi where the prices are crazy low and the customer service is A+.To add insult to injury I had to bag my own salad on the way out :/

The greediest grocery store there is. The fact that their prices are so so high when they are the only grocery store in town is shameful. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed.

I went here a little while ago, and Grayson the carryout was so helpful and kind. He helped me find pinto beans! Then he carried out lots of groceries. I think Grayson deserves a raise. Maybe even a manager position!

Very nice small grocery store. Good selection, very fresh. Full deli, salad and olive bars. Excellent cheese options. The house brand is quality. It has a nice ambiance

Bakery not helpful or not knowledgeable of their own prices/products. Tried to get some information on some items to be catered. Prices that were quoted were definitely not the same as what was stated online.

Rotten Customer Service. Rotten. Watch them all stand around and do nothing.I will rate this the worst shopping experience ever. At the end of the day, Byerlys has gone WAY DOWNHILL.

Food is good here, but, Customer service is pathetic. I don't live nearby but drove 25 minutes each way to get groceries. Had planned dinner of fancy burgers & hot dogs for kids. Got home at 5:15 p.m.. started dinner and found the burgers were missing. Called the store. Yes, the bagger had not put them in the bag! Ruined dinner. Next day drove an hour again to retrieve the 4 burgers that cost $5 each! Sure I got an apology. What about my ruined dinner & hour drive? Really pitiful customer service. Kowalski's markets prioritizes customers & would have given a gift card for the trouble. Not Lunds! Guess I'll be making the longer drive to Kowalskis from now on.

Lunds & Byerlys in Prior Lake is an upscale grocery store that is a great place to find quality products. Customers appreciate the cozy atmosphere, fresh produce and deli selection, as well as the helpful staff that can carry your bags to your car. You can even find a caribou coffee and flower shop inside. Though a little spendy, the options and overall ambiance create an enjoyable and pampered feeling for customers. The history from Hauser’s SuperValu is something I always remember back when Prior Lake was about 10x smaller.

Went (3/27/23) First time in this location! smaller store but has everything that all lunds & Byerlys has including the pastry case in the bakery! Great layout and easy to find items. Friendly and helpful workers. Great meat dept! Very clean store. Good size deli with specialty cheese and seating area. Love shopping at lunds and byerlys stores..

Location is smaller than I'm used to. Well kept and organized, on brand. Staff weren't knowledgeable of where things were. "Fresh flowers" is true to its name. Solid grocery store if you don't need to ask questions.

Seemed clean, the produce looked very fresh. The cashiers were very friendly. My issue was the freezer section. The ice cream section had obvious freezer burn, cakes of ice built up on the containers. I didn't buy any ice cream but did buy frozen pizza. Baked two of the 5 that I bought and they taste of horrible freezer burn. yuck. So disappointe, especially considering how expensive things are.

Flexible with us when I was late getting out of work. Assured it wasn't a problem and made me feel valued because of it.
